ANANTA YOGA specializes in small crafted offerings for groups of 4-8 people. These offerings are thoughtfully composed classes, workshops, and series of varying themes. Select from the menu below, or request your own theme to create a special event for you and your small group of loved ones or close friends.
Small crafted offerings are designed for individuals who wish to establish or advance their yoga practice in an intimate, supported group environment. These offerings serve as mini-intensives to deepen understanding of yoga as both a practice and a study through applied physical and philosophical modalities.
Crafted offerings help simplify and demystify the vast practices and techniques of yoga with practical tips and insights. Crafted offerings cultivate skill, mindfulness, and clarity both on and off the mat, understanding that yoga is something we live...not just something we do. Yoga is a skin to soul journey.
There are three ways to experience small crafted offerings with me:

Awaken, energize, and purify the body, heart, and mind with the creative flow and design of Vinyasa. These sessions are crafted to invoke and arouse specific kinds of energy. Groups may request the level of intensity for this offering from beginner, to intermediate, or advanced.

Nourish: Gentle/Restorative
Gentle/Restorative sessions are ideal for those who are recovering from illness or injury who wish to nourish their body therapeutically to restore a sense of balance and ease. Benefits include reduced inflammation, increased mobility, decreased pain, and overall sense of wellbeing.

Yin yoga combines Traditional Chinese Medicine with Ayurvedic science and wisdom to nourish the body at a cellular level. Yin yoga initiates the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to heal itself from physical, mental, and emotional dis-ease. Yin yoga therapeutically stimulates the connective tissues of the body to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.
